Spotting?

Hello!

I came off birth control in March, due to health reasons (suspected mini stroke) and I had one withdrawal bleed in March, then finally got my period back in November (yay!)

I am awaiting an endocrinologist appointment on 3rd Jan, because my GP suspects I have polycystic ovaries. I also have slightly high testosterone levels in my blood.

I have experienced some strange bleeding, so I've made a little timeline. I don't know any ovulation dates or my usual cycles, because I'm brand new to all this!

3rd/4th Nov - spotting
5th - 10th Nov - period
11th Nov - spotting
Sex around 5 times over the next 2 weeks, last one 23rd Nov
27th Nov - light spotting
30th Nov - last time we had sex
11th December - very, very thin, excessive CM
12th/13th December -spotting

I have done ovulation tests/odd pregnancy tests, but, again, I think I'm just wasting them because I don't know my cycle.

There is no sign of spotting today and I don't know what my body is doing :(

Okay, I've been to the loo, I'm spotting again, but still no period. Negative pregnancy test again. Confused!

I’m new here, but my period is late by three days but all tests are coming back BFN, does this mean I’m definitely not pregnant. Bar feeling a bit emotional I don’t have any symptoms of AF or pregnancy so I don’t know what to do!
