Ovulation Cramps

What do ovulation cramps feel like to you?

A pulling tightening in one side that can last a couple of hours. Not painful necessarily.

These days absolutely bloody agony :(
There's a combination of what feels like swelling inside, bloated and achey and also a knitting needle stabby feeling in one or other side. The stabby pain lasts a few hours, the bloated ache most of a day. The stabs are genuinely agony and take my breath away if i'm awake and wake me up if i'm asleep. I think this is unusual but not THAT unusual.

I’m curious because yesterday I had a few sharpish twinges, swollen womb feeling and like a stinging warm sensation on day of supposed ovulation (OPK tested).

Then today had a really sharp pain and swollen womb feeling.

Could 2 eggs have been released?

I must add, pain right hand side yesterday and left side today

I usually get a pain on one side of my ovary, full ache.. on and off for 2/3 days!?
