Anyone keep getting BFN on FRER before AF but were actually pregnant?

I'm probably clutching at straws here, but I really feel pregnant this month (similar signs to when I was PG with DS), but got a second BFN on FRER this morning and I'm only 2 days away from AF.
I don't know when I ovulated this month but had what I think was implantation bleeding on Saturday (7th) - see my other post.
So what I wanted to know is, has anyone else had BFN on a FRER before due on AF but then got a BFP later?
Just that I would have thought I would get a + on FRER this close to AF, so does that mean I'm out this month?

@Katnissx Yay good times! Re blood work! Yes I'm the same, I think I'll see how this cycle goes and if its another long one book in for further investigation and a scan. Xxx

Are you going to try anything different this month? We've been trying to DTD every 2/3 days as I don't really know where I am in my cycle, and I wanted to stop doing OPKs and just try to relax with it but now I want to do them after having a weird cycle to try and work out where I'm at but none the wiser so far! Seems to be at a fairly constant "high" level at the moment but not turning positive 🤷‍♀️ xx

Yes very much fingers crossed... I teach so ideally would prefer a Sept baby for maternity leave haha 😂!
2-3 day tries will be enough to catch anything I think, I was thinking about POAS from this weekend.. App thinks ov day is the 18th Jan but you never know, especially with crazy cycles.
When was cycle day 1for you this current cycle?

@Katnissx Yay :)... That's what I thought..... But not going to be overjoyed yet... May be a dud test, first one I've taken so will try again Tuesday morning to see if it's darker or disappeared 😂 fingers crossed it gets darker! No symptoms other than the cat being more affectionate which made me wonder... But she could just be cold haha! It had been colder this weekend!

I'm 3dpo today, no symptoms or anything yet but almost definitely too early lol! We DTD at the right time but I don't feel that optimistic this month, not sure why. I'm going to try realllly hard to wait until 14dpo to test unless (AF comes first) as would rather not get my hopes up and then have another CP. Can't wait till I can test though! Xx

Hiya @Katnissx unfortunately not....I think it was a dud test. There are reports of frers giving false positives. Hey-ho more sex to go haha!

@CatEnabler ugh how annoying for you! Can't believe FRER have become so unreliable! I definitely would have thought I was PG if I got a result like that 😠

Not yet unfortunately, still having cycle issues 😔 being referred for a pelvic ultrasound and to see a specialist so fingers crossed I'll get some answers, just so hard waiting for something I want so badly 😔xx

Oh no! That's rubbish 😢 I was meant to arrange one after my blood test but I haven't yet. I thought I'd wait to see if I had another odd cycle.
I've not had a definite bfp, some ever so faint ones that aren't reliable, but I think I'm currently experiencing implantation discharge, you can't really call it bleeding tbh. Just ordered some more frers which will be delivered tomorrow, so fingers crossed! I feel a bit off to.
Even if it's positive, the next hurdle us keeping it there Xx

Ahh okay I guess if you are having implantation bleeding now it would probably be too early for a BFP. Fingers crossed for you 🤞 will be exciting to see what a FRER says! Are you planning on doing it tomorrow? Xx

@Katnissx sorry I've not got any positive result yet, but I'm not due AF until Sunday. I've booked a gp appt for Sat morning though so they may be able to advise and at least organise that bloody scan I was meant to organise after my blood test on boxing day! 😂

@CatEnabler sorry it's been a while, I haven't found myself going on here as frequently as I used to. How are you doing now? Have you managed to get a scan organised?
I have news... I had a scan yesterday and lots of follicles on my left ovary and have been told it's indicative of PCOS. I'm so happy to finally have some answers and hoping to start treatment soon! ☺️

A scan is now booked so will find out. No positives, but going to test tomorrow. Have had sore breasts for a few days, niggly headaches, cramps and nausea today so who knows! 😂Xx

@CatEnabler haha fair enough! Glad it's been booked, hope you don't have to wait too long for it! I'm annoyed because I have to wait for two months to see a gynaecologist before I can be properly diagnosed or put on any meds 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ although with all this Covid-19 I'm not sure whether to put off TTC for a while..

Hmm the signs sound promising! And sounds like you are late for AF? Although with weird cycles I guess that can be hard to say for sure 🙈x
