@Quiffy and @Mumofboys17 I did do a cheapie stick test yesterday but nothing on that but technically no due on until Sunday

Have been having ache lower abdo, dizziness and sharp pains in boob but the size of boobs has gone down a little now

Hi all, jumping in to say hi!

I'm very new to this all. Came off the pill this month after a very long time so time will tell how my cycle settles etc. Using the Flo app to take advantage of predicted ovulation time and will see how that goes until my 1st post pill AF arrives .

Have learned loads reading these threads already and hoping everyone gets their good news soon!

@Mumofboys17 weird isn't, I find it's totally depressing the week leading up to AF and the day she arrives. Then as soon as that is done it's all positive and go for the next cycle. It's awful being so desperate for a baby though.

Morning crazy gang? How are we all? I’m feeling really pissed of this morning. Work colleague of mine just announced her 3rd pregnancy...and she said it wasn’t really planned and she was on the pill!!! As if...
I had my smear test this morning, results apparently take around 3 weeks. I have asked whether there is any blood tests for hormone levels etc they can do but apparently TTC for 8 months is not long enough to warrant it. What a load of rubbish x
CD7 today, started to use opks only because I’m a POAS addict, but they’re still faint x
Who are we waiting for to test? x

@Katie1109 I think I'm technically still to test yet but I can tell you now I'm out 😂😂 I just know haha, so just waiting for AF to show so I can start up again and really get on top of it this cycle! CD30 today 🙄 xx

@Katie1109 Also meant to add yeah I think it's 12 months minimum the GP makes you wait 🙄 but, to be fair, when that was me they did get the ball rolling fairly quickly. I had to get some bloods done then I was referred to the fertility clinic at the hospital all within a couple of months xx

Ovia has me testing in 4 days (which I actually thought was v early AF due 16/1) but I think AF will be here by then. Had pms type cramps last night & still today. Not at all hopefully this month.

@Beau2020x yup so depressing the week prior then suddenly positive again and jumping on oh!! Listen no judging here babes if I'm totally honest I've been pregnant a few times and I have one child. So I have experience different preggo symptoms too because of that. We have all had our times and hard decisions to make no judging 😊 x

So I've decided not to test today too bloody scared hahaha!!

Plus note girls can you believe this I lost 10 pounds this week!! Obvi about half of that is water from my holiday ill bet but its made me feel great!

eeeek @Katie1109 totally missed your message - that's totally shit.... not only on the pregnancy but the tests from the smear doc too.

It's a load of bollocks people saying they got pregnant on the pill (unless you are like 16-18 then I get it been there done that haha). Although I do believe there are just some seriously fertile women out there, regardless of age! My bosses wife got pregnant all 4 times 1st month of trying. How what why?!

It was so awkward the other night, my OHs auntie was telling me that it took her aaaagesss to conceive her 2nd (now 12). When I asked how long she was like oh 3 months! Like shit I'm only on cycle 5 but that's not long at all...

@Beau2020x haha I'm doing keto so you normally shed a lot in the first week anyway but honestly I wasn't strict on it I had some carbs like twice but it wasn't just diet, I had a month out of the gym from being on holiday and was eating and drinking what I wanted every day. So coming back and eating less calories going to the gym and lifting weights and drinking like 3 litres of water a day has been a shock to the system... I'm not complaining lol

@Quiffy hopefully this cycle is the one but we shall see! I've started OPKs now at cd8 to hopefully make sure I'm ovulating when I should be after it took 46 days for AF to show after the pill xxx

@Blondeandbroody we’re near on cycle dates now, I’m cd7 and going to start opks tomorrow. Still crap not being preggers but excited for this cycle and trying again 😸

@ellsbells112 it’s a recipe for a pizza base, there’s lots of diff versions like www.ditchthecarbs.com/fat-head-pizza/ but it’s mainly almond flour, egg and mozzarella. Made for a really tasty pizza base with all the meat on top 😻 I’m good, just want this month to go quicker so we can see if it’s worked, only on cd7 so got awhile to wait 😹

@quiffy ohhh thanks! I've been thinking about pizza so that's great! I'm gonna make these mug breads with coconut flour next week and see how that turns out and will be giving the fat head pizza a try too

Still early yeah. My DH actually asked if we’re allowed to dtd outside fertile period last night 😹 I was like eh yeah numb nuts, I’m not the TTC nazi. I think I’m back in fertile mode in a few days so we can ramp it up then and put all that extra veg energy into practice 😹

When do these things start to get dark? Presume it's like a few days leading up to surge?

@Beau2020x mine usually go pretty high on the three days before ov but I think it differs from person to person. I think I have the same ones as you.
