TTC no 2
Cycle 11
AF due 16th (I think could be earlier I didn't use OPK's so going off longest cycle which is 30 days)
I'm not even symptom spotting well trying not to because every month I have completely different symptoms. I've had ridiculously sore boobs nausea backache cramps and still no BFP. Doctor thinks I have ENDO and have a Gynaecologist app in new year. So I'm still hopeful for a early xmas present but not getting hopes up.

@Katie1109 I'm late to the thread did you get a BFP and now having some bleeding?

Who's still waiting to test?

@Sophieb15 welcome hun x no we thought I had a faint BFP on a IC and then started bleeding 3 days before my af was due and it’s very light x so my idiot brain is still clinging onto stupid hope even though I know it’s an af 😂 fingers crossed for you x

@Sunflower2019 that’s so gutting, do you think it was a chemical or dodgy test? Surely next cycle will be your third time lucky!

@sophieb15 welcome to the madhouse! You planning on waiting until AF until you test? Sorry about suspected endo, hopefully docs can help a bit.

Interesting point on the symptom spotting/feeling pregnant yet bfn. I had no idea our minds could make us feel such ways. Cycle 3 I felt so nauseated that I was sick twice. This last cycle, having never had sore boobs before, I’ve had the worst aches (even today despite in full AF. I’ve even went off the taste of coffee recently. Not sure I’ll trust anything next cycle. Although I’m sure I’ll find something to obsess over 🤣 Must say, it’s been nice peeing without a stick the last couple of days.

Hmm...you all know I’m a POAS addict don’t you? So...someone wants to tell me why is my opk so dark on what seems to be day 2 of a period? Photo literally a minute after dipping x

@katie1109 that is pretty dark. I know you can get a surge before af but not sure on during

@Quiffy my Femometer shows it’s high and last time I had this level was on the morning of CD14 and then I had a peak the same day in the afternoon. Before my af started I did an opk and it was very faint. This opk was not even FMU, probably 4th wee of the day x oh ffs 😂😂 mind is running wild again, please someone have an reasonable explanation for this to have nothing to do with possible pregnancy 😂😂

@katie1109 oh my, your head will spinning again. Worth using your FRER just in case?

@Quiffy I’ve got another one but I think I’ll wait till tomorrow for FMU and take it just in case x just took tampon out after 4 hours and it’s got nothing on it apart from brown discharge and one spot of very dark blood, sorry tmi x

@Quiffy yep getting through today might be a challenge lol 😂 work is not too busy today so I’ll be obsessively searching for high LH result during supposed period which is very very light almost non-existent and it’s driving me absolutely fucking bonkers 😂😂 it’s funny because it look like my “af” is going to end before it was meant to start, I wasn’t due till tomorrow! 🤔

@Quiffy I will wait until AF is late to test so fingers crossed it doesn't arrive Mon and I get to test tue!! Because of possible Endo tho I'm not holding out much hope. I've had a weird month every month and this month is the same I had O pains for 3 days so not sure which day egg actually released. Then had AF cramps for about 2 days straight after O then boobs were killing me very early I mean waking me up at night if I moved sore normally don't get sore boobs until around 7 DPO. I'm either 8,9 or 10 DPO so 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I must say it was less stressful this month as I ditched the OPKs and just did every second day from CD 8-16 then did CD 19 just in case. X

@Quiffy there is definitely a link between ttc and the stress it puts on your body and extra symptoms you spot etc. I mean if one more person says "just try not to try and relax and you'll get PG" I will go mad but it is true.... just wish I could switch my mind off in that tww! Least we all have each other to go crazy at.

Still no af for me but I know it is on it's way it was due today but I ovulated day 17 so might be a bit later this month.

I'm here!! Thanks for setting up a new one. BFN this morning and zero symptoms.... sigh.

I've got the day off today so I'm trying to distract myself with cleaning and podcasts (Joan and Jericha is soooo funny if anyone needs a new recommendation).

My OH thinks I'm mad to keep testing each day but I just can't help myself. AF due on Saturday and we're at his parents place. I'm going to swing from sad to 'hand me the wine' pretty fast I reckon.

@Sophieb15 yep I have done a FRER the day bleeding started but it was stark white so not sure why I’m clinging onto hope and a stupid opk today 😂 as far as my apps are concerned I’m on CD 3 today 😂

@Blondeandbroody that article is really interesting. Definitely worrying about enough without avoiding that glass of wine or steak. My DH was talking about making us beef Wellington over New Year as it’s our 7 year anniversary and we just want to stay in and rest over Hogmanay. Yet I still had that little voice in my head going “no no no rare beef is bad” as I’ll be in next TWW. But that’s really no way to live!

@sophieb15 that sounds like a lot of pain to deal with - mental and physically. Great willpower to hold off testing. Think that’s a far better way to do it. Really going to try that next month.

@Symptomspotter86 exactly! It’s just not a relaxing time. If we could all click our fingers and forget about it we would. Sometimes you just need a rant or to be crazy and get blind optimism in return.

@Daisy8008 sounds like a great plan for your day off. Fingers crossed that bfn turns around 🤞

@Quiffy had a mc started 10/11 took 6 weeks for af to return last time but for some reason felt as though I’d ovulated a couple of weeks ago. Clearly not as in tune with my body as I thought 😂
It’s nice to share this crazy ttc journey with folks who understand. My hubby would think I’d lost it if he knew that half of it!

@Blondeandbroody that article is great and perfectly describes me in that TWW! Not daring to have a 'proper' coffee etc and then the few days after AF I will indulge myself because I know it's safe. Crazy!!

@Quiffy when I was PG with number 1 the midwife told me that it's ok to have rare steak whilst PG so I'd definitely go for it when you're in the TWW.

So despite what I thought was AF turning up last Tuesday I'm still bleeding, the last week has been really light and started to die off, only for it to come back heavier today which is when AF was actually due originally. Ugh, this better not be a 2 week AF!

@Fredthespider I sympathise here with you. I started very light bleeding/spotting on Monday on CD26. My af should only arrive tomorrow but it looks like it will end before then. I could have easily wore the same tampon for the last 48 hours! Up until now I had very regular 28/29 day cycles but looks like this one was only 26. my cramps are always so bad I pop painkillers like candy and I haven’t even taken one! And yes, I am stupidly hoping this is not af 😂
