Evap line or BFP?!

Hi!

Really need advice ladies - had a MMC mid October and 1 period since then back to ttc.
Tracking ovulation with OPKs and my LH peaked last sat am (30th) but also was still super high sun am (1st) so my app put ovulation as Mon 2nd but from ov pain and discharge I think it was sat/sun. DTD every night leading up and past predicted ovulation (poor fiancé is tired out haha) then increase in CM ever since ovulation.

Decided to start testing yesterday (sat 7th) knowing it was too early anyway but couldn’t help myself 😂

Testing AM and PM (last pregnancy my tests were more effective at night) All neg with me convincing myself I can see 2 lines if I do a headstand close one and and hold the test upto the window but nothing properly visible 😂

ANYWAY - just done another test this evening and left it thinking ahhh it’ll be negative. 5 mins pass, I glance at it sitting there and there’s a pink line... clear as day without me using any lighting!

See pic attached - In order from sat am/pm and today am/pm, what do you ladies think? Positive or evap? Using easy@home 10miu tests but when I’ve googled I’ve seen some people saying about evap lines/ false positives...

But no evap lines on the other 3 taken this weekend...

Opinions pleaseeee! Before I go insane 😂❤️

I would say bfp, i would try a first response asap ... mine was similar and was a bfp! Good luck x

Eeeeek fingers crossed!! Will take another first thing and if that’s positive then a first response... will update asap as I know I see a lot of threads similar but they’re rarely updated with the outcome which is frustrating! X

Thanks girls! Im trying not to get too excited until I can confirm with a first response tomorrow, not sure how much I trust these cheapie tests I’ve used after looking at some reviews but fingers crossed! Xx

Sorry to jump on your post. I didnt realise until tonight how many women like me drive yourself crazy each month trying to get pregnant testing every other day waiting for the 5 days until we are due on. Ive done three blue dyes all with confirming a postive. But then read about evp lines and it's driving me crazy. It took four years to get my daughter thought it might be easier this time but no. Good luck girls i think we all need it x

That definitely looks positive!! Tentative congratulations. The only thing that would make me suspicious it's an evap is how early it is. You must only be 7dpo which is mega early to get a clear line like that.

Firstly, sorry to hear about your loss.
Definitely looks like a BFP to me! ☺️
I took a test a day after my missed period and had a BFP on a test which I now know a lot of people have false positives on. That was just a cheapy. Fortunately for me I was pregnant!

@Porsche1580 I couldn’t agree more! Just wish I hadn’t googled now it’s confused me so much! We’re your blue dye tests this month and you’re confused about this now too or were they previous and proved to be false positives/ evap lines?

@Waiting1987 that’s what I thought! No idea why I even tested so early as I know it’s rare to get a positive this soon but had a box of cheapies there and just couldn’t help myself... I feel like it’s just a faulty test but time will tell I suppose! X

@PixieDustt thankyou, it was tough and I was still testing + after my miscarriage for a month, despite baby passing 4 weeks before the miscarriage so technically tested + for an extra 2 months which was confusing and makes this + that little bit more confusing!

It gives me a bit of hope that your + was real on a cheapie known for falses too... fingers crossed! Going to retest in the morning and hopefully get a confirmed result xxx

@porsche1580 ooo I’d say definitely positives especially after 3! All seem to have colour too which isn’t supposed to happen with evaps I don’t think... congrats!! what cycle days were these? X

Hi rose, congrats, that looks positive to me, I’ll have my fingers crossed for you tomorrow morning.
I was the same as you ovulated sat/Sunday last week. First proper month after a MC. I’m going to do a cheapie in the morning too...!! 🤞🏻 I have this gut feeling it isn’t my month though.

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage, it’s one of those things that never really crosses your mind on how horrible it it until you have to go through it yourself. Hope you’re okay?

Fingers crossed for you too! I know it’s still super early to be testing and a negative is most likely at this point, but just can’t help it can we?

@Jomum2020 sorry for keeping you on your toes haha!! Did another cheapie test this morning but only a very faint + under light... nothing like last nights! so very confused and feeling like last nights was just a dud test ☹️ I know it’s still super early and I shouldn’t even be expecting a + yet but had just got my hopes up!

Will keep testing and see if I can get a stronger line.

Did you test this morning?! How did you get on xx

@porche1580 sorry to jump on, but I had exactly the same with Sainsbury's test this morning, have you confirmed with any other! I think they look really positive but I've heard bad things about Sainsbury's xxx

No im just about to go to tesco but I also want to hold off I know this sounds stupid im not convinced. But he is. We get married in 12 days and I don't want to jinx things. Its heart breaking the waiting each month I done it for four years with my older daughter. X

I'm the same myself we got married a year ago and had no luck, apart from last month had a early miscarriage at five weeks :( mine look exactly like yours do! So fingers crossed! I did a tesco one last night and have a even fainter one come up im now going to wait until sunday. He wants to know why when we have 3 lines on the others I just brought 3 packs of different ones 😂😂😂 the strip was neg though. So I'm waiting its so hard not to pee on then all
