This is cycle 4 since stopping the pill and I feel as though we haven't really tried 'properly' yet (ie haven't been dtd enough) so want to make a real effort this month! AF finished on Friday and I'm currently on day 7 of a 31-33 day cycle. When should i start using OPKs, and would you use them once or twice a day?

I usually start cd 8 to 10 and test twice a day. I go for 10am and 6pm but whatever suits you best. If you are using test strips I recommend femometer as you can take pics and it advises on whether it’s low, high or peak. Good luck :)

I'd start from 10 Smile
