When do I ovulate on a 29 day cycle?? I had dull cramps in my lower abdomen the day after my flo app predicted ovulation?

Ovulation is roughly 14 day’s before your period. So for a 29 day cycle, probably around day 15. But these are averages! You won’t know for definite when you ovulate unless you have something else to go by e.g. temperature charting, OPKs, keeping an eye on cervical mucus/cervix position.
