Can you ovulate cycle day 19?

I usually have very obvious ovulation symptoms, and cramp a lot during ovulation each month however this month haven't cramped at all up until today. Intense cramps and lots of watery discharge all of a sudden. Day 19 of my cycle af due in 11 days. Predicted ovulation date was the 2nd (cycle day 15)

Are you tracking temps or using OPKs or just going off an app? They use the average of CD14 for ovulation which is by no means what everyone has, I have had cycles where I have Ovulated on CD21 in the past, and my cycle was longer at 34 days. Usually your luteal phase (after O) stays the same each cycle, so if you O later then your AF will be due later too, so the prediction may be off.
Good Luck and go by your symptoms if they are obvious! All sorts of things can delay ovulation so no need to worry.

Yep, I frequently ovulate that late or later. Not everyone has an average cycle, and even for those that usually do, not every cycle will be the same.
