What are some of the supplements you have taken to achieve your bfp? Thank you x

I used the ones from pregnacare I think. Also get your other half to take male ones

Hi, I'm using Zita West Vitafem and my husband is using Zita West Vitamen along with extra vitamin D and B12 (those two not necessarily to do with TTC as he's taken them for years) x

@ForeverHopeful17 I should say in my post above that we haven't been taking these long or TTC for long so I can't say if they work or not x
