Temperature rising

Hi ladies,

Just wondering how many of you track your temperature to know if you're ovulating or not, and how much it goes up by when you do?

My average wake up temp is 35.6 to 35.8. When I've done this in the past it went up to over 36 and then I knew I'd ovulated. Such a small difference!

Hi, I do! My cover line is 36.35. I've been measuring this way for years x
