TTC first time - going MAD

Don’t know how to start this. I’ve read 1000 threads for 2 months, this is the first I’m posting. So here it goes!
I have recently had my coil out (10th of October) and got my period shortly after. Me and my partner wasn’t going to “try” to much, but I couldn’t help it.
I took opk and I got a strong positive 10th of November. And we got to it then and there (also did a few days before I got positive) I tend to have very irregular periods, but before the copper coil (that I just removed) they was fairly regular.
I’m now 6 day’s late, and I’ve peed on about 6 tests since and all bfn!
I feel like I have all kinds of symptoms, uterus cramps that hurts extra when I sneeze, but dizzy, nauseous a couple of times, tired, super sore and full breasts.
Just feel like I’m going insane, I’ve had cramps ever since 5/6 days after ovulation.
I did a test yestrday, and thought I saw a faint line (might have been in my head) like a super super super faint line, had to hold a flash from my phone against it 😂 but it went away after 10 min!

I’m just wondering if anyone has gotten a bfp this late on?! Or if my ship has sailed?!
Help!.. want to conceive so much! Sad

if you had enough hcg in your system to give you that many symptoms then it would show up on a test

Hi @SOFIE90,

We're moving your thread over to our Conception topic, as requested.

When I had my coil out my periods were late for the first few months. Got BFNs but also got symptoms like you. I think my body was just normalising. Maybe its the same for you?

SOFIE90 · 01/12/2019 19:28

I had the copper coil though, I though if you had the non hormonal coil, everything goes back to normal straight away?

I also had the copper coil

SOFIE90 · 01/12/2019 20:57

Okay! That makes me relieved. I thought it only was when you had the hormonal coil!
