Any point testing after BFN??help

I was due on 8 days ago. BFN on Thursday (Sunday now). But a week an a half ago I had spotting when I wiped, and the day before that cramps on the left side. My boobs are been so so sore and double to size as well as been extremely tired.
Is there any point testing again after BFN 4 days ago?

May be give it until it has been a week! By which point if you are pregnant your HCG levels would have increased.
