Late period, GP visit?

So I had a MMC in July which was medically managed. Didn't have a period till 7weeks after then another 4 weeks after that. I'm now 3 weeks late so 7 weeks since last period.

So my question is, when do GPs actually do something. Is 3 weeks late enough for them to think it's odd?

Oh and all tests have been BFN.

Normally they're not interested until you've skipped a few periods. However given your history they may be more interested.

The only appointment I can get is late December. I don't want to waste an emergency appointment but that's so long to wait especially if they aren't worried till it's more than one missed period. So confusing.
