7dpo and UTI - confusing symptoms

So I was diagnosed with a UTI on Wednesday and have been on antibiotics since then. However, some symptoms don't seem to be easing up, mainly an aching lower back and cramping in my lower stomach/groin area and peeing frequently (not painful though, sorry for the TMI!). I'm 7dpo and don't know whether the antibiotics aren't doing the job or whether something else is going on.

Don't want to get my hopes up, going to do a FRER on Wednesday. Anyone been in the same situation?!

I had a uti around then, when pregnant with DC. So it's possible that you had one and are also experiencing pregnancy symptoms?

Oh meant to say, the antibiotics they gave me made me sick, which was my first symptom looking back.

I had a lot of symptoms; nausea, aching back, tummy twinges. TBH think I was a bit early for any early preg signs but I'm new to the game and got a bit hopeful! Course of antibiotics runs out on Wednesday and AF due on Sun. Not feeling too hopeful but we'll see what happens :)
