Me and my husband havent used protection for 3 years. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. Nothing has happened

We are now trying to conceive, not sure how to track everything and what im looking for. Feel like this is a mine field

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi welcome!

I would download an app called Ovia or flow and use it to track your periods and symptoms. Gives you suspected ovulation window.

I don't have PCOS but hopefully someone else could advise further
