Period late

My period is currently 4 days late, I had a negative test a few days ago (FRER) and I've been having cramps like AF is coming but absolutely no sign at all.

Are pregnancy symptoms similar to that of AF arriving?

I am in the exact same situation, I am 6 days late. This happened to me in the summer I was around 8 days late so I know AF is on her way. I debated getting a test but I am fairly confident, I am just late so I want to save myself the disappointment and money

I am surprisingly accepting of it tbh.

AF due today for me and still no sign. Did a FRER yesterday morning and not even a hint of a line so I'm guessing I'm not as an early response should have shown something yesterday. Have a normal FR tucked away at the back of a drawer which I'm itching to use. Aaaagh
