Hi everyone, new here and first post!

I have pcos and was started on clomid 50mg in September. Released two eggs on the first round and was confirmed with follicle tracking. Didn't conceive that month so was abit gutted! Had quite bad ovulation pains and the nurse said it was due to fluid being left over from the ruptured follicle. So I'm just wondering if that's the case every cycle, is ovulation pain felt after an egg has released or could ovulation pain be before and during an egg being released? I'm Struggling to track my ovulation, using opks but they're confusing the life out of me !! Hmm would really appreciate any input !
Xx
