Clear blue digital ovulation tests

Hello,
We are trying to conceive again after a miscarriage at 10 weeks on the 4th November. I have been using clear blue digital ovulation tests every morning and initially got 4 days of empty circles. Since then I have had 6 days of flashing smile but no static smile yet?
Does anyone know why this might happen?

I did a negative pregnancy test last Friday and again on Sunday to confirm and we have been ttc again since the initial negative test.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, keen to get pregnant again as soon as we can ❤️

@Peach7744 firstly I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, I hope you are doing okay. It might just mean you haven't hit your LH surge yet, I got 9 days of flashing smileys this month before I got my static! I had to test twice a day tho after about my 5th day of flashing as I know my LH rises during the day rather than during the night, I just used internet cheapies in the afternoon & confirmed with a CB when I thought it looked positive enough😊 good luck & I hope you get your static soon!

Hello @Peach7744 sorry to hear of your loss.

On my first cycle I had 3 or 4 flashing smileys before my static, and fell pregnant.

Unfortunatley that ended in a MMC and I had surgical management on 1st October.
I used my digital opk again straight after and had 10 days of flashing smileys before my static came.. I had around 33 days cycle from ERPC to AF arriving. I've just had my second cycle and it was normal 25 days, had 4 days of flashing before static again.

I think your body is just trying to get back into its cycle... It's hard, I'm also desparate to be pregnant again xx

@lunamoon1 thank you so much for your message. It's the most awful thing but trying to focus on positive things going forward, seems to come in waves though.
Ok so you would keep testing? I didn't know if I shouldn't be using at all due to being pregnant so recently as was unsure if that would affect the tests and make it not accurate.
I never used any ovulation test previously but as I am now so unsure when my cycle should start etc I thought it may be beneficial. Do you get 9 flashing on all your cycles?
That's brilliant you got static smile hoping all works out for you Smile xx

Hi @ceebee21 it's nice to hear from
Someone that has gone through the same thing. I so so sorry for your loss too, I don't think anyone car truly understand unless it has happened to them and although my friends have been brilliant as soon as you seem to be coping externally it seems to get 'forgotten' as I guess people assume you're ok.
You think it is worth carrying on testing then? I was at the stage of stopping until I get a period as I thought I should have had a static by now. I was hoping to get pregnant before my first period, i guess struggling with this limbo time of not knowing what's really going on! was your first period normal after?
I really hope for you that everything works out x

@Peach7744 hiya, yeah I agree. I was told to wait until my first period, but we didn't avoid it and I hoped it would happen straight away, unfortunately not. I think so, at least then you have some idea of when you ovulate and then when AF is due. I ovulate on day 21 if you count my ERPC as day 1...i did bleed for about 10 days after that. 1st period was normal, normal length and this one had come right on time x

@Peach7744 it's so difficult I can understand, hope you have the support you need. I would keep going with it, the fact you got some days of blank circles is reassuring that it has picked up a rise in oestrogen from your body which is usually followed by an LH surge at some time or another, my cycle before was 6 flashing with static on the night of the 7th I think. This is only my 2nd cycle tracking as we lost our son a few months ago sadly. Fingers crossed there's happier news in the near future for both of us x
