So I’ve only been doing my BBT for less than a week and I know that you need to get a bigger picture but wondered if someone could advise on mine!
I think I ovulated on Sunday so I’m 3DPO now. But I read that your temperate should spike just after the LH surge if you ovulated. I know mine is going in the right direction but it’s only raised by 0.1 each day over 4 days. So from 36.1 to 36.5 overall.
Not like other charts where they go up by 0.4+ in one day!?
Does anyone have any insight? Do you think I ovulated? Or have you had similar charts of a slight increase and still ovulated?
