Trying for a baby

Hey everyone my name is Pearl I'm 22 years old and I have a 3 years old daughter and me and my new partner are trying for a baby number 2 I had my implant in from the 30th August 2019 and had it out on the 6th November 2019 and my period came the next day and lasted for 5 days and I want to know how soon I can get pregnant coz I've been trying for 2 weeks and I'm having backaches and lower abdomen pain and headaches too but I'm not pregnant and I've done some pregnancy test and they all came out negative I have sex 2-3 times a week so what do I do and I haven't ovulated yet and I have so many apps telling me I'm going to ovulate on this so and so day but I don't do what can I do please

Help me out I don't know what else to do at this stage coz I'm not sure if I'm to continue having sex until I get pregnant or something I don't know ...... please help me out

Hello!

If you're not sure on ovulation times for this cycle, just keep DTD like you are. Most will say every 2 days or so and those wee swimmers can live for a few days in you so you should be covered.

In future you could use OPK tests that will help you determine the 24-48 hours before you ovulate, which is prime time for DTD. You can also measure BBT to see when you ovulate too. You'll find that it might take a few cycles to figure everything out - I'm on cycle 3 and still learning myself :)
