7 dpo and losing my mind

I'm currently 7 dpo. We dtd 2 days before ov. I have been constantly bloated and yesterday had a sharp tug on my right side of my abdomen... Cue today where I've got constant cramps like AF is on its way.

Have I read too much in to this?

I darent test until AF is due. We've only been trying since Sept but are so keen to conceive baby #1 😍

Hey 🙂 I'm 7/8dpo today and have had the same feeling!

I tested today (knowing it's too early) and got a bfn. I had planned on not testing until af is due but couldn't help myself!

When is af due for you?

AF is due in 6 days. I know im probably just being incredibly hopeful but something just feels 'off' this cycle. I'm also incredibly tired; I went to bed at 8 last night... Although that could just be because I'm a teacher and I'd had a 13 hour day at school so was exhausted from being being mentally busy from 6-7..

How long have you been trying? A BFN could just be because its early on and there isn't enough hormone to detect yet, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!

I'm trying not to put all my eggs in to one basket (pun not intended) and get really disappointed if it is a BFN for me this time. Gosh, this TTC lark is hard!!

Yeah you're probably right - I just can't wait to see a positive test! Feels like all I've been getting are negatives.

This is our second cycle trying so I know in reality we haven't been trying long but it's such an emotional time it feels like years already!

We've only been trying since Sept so it's super early. I keep swinging from convincing myself I am pg to being 100% sure it's all in my head.

We have a party this Saturday and plans we can't really get out of so I'm planning on testing Saturday morning at 12 dpo to see.. Although I'd rather wait until AF is due, I don't want to drink on Saturday if I am pg and it's showing on a test...

When will you test??

@newlymarried2019 not too bad 🙂 trying not to let myself get too worked up but getting bfn from today's test 😔 I had a bit of cramping yesterday and the day before, boobs are a little sore but only very little and getting very minor sicky feeling now and again but these could all be signs of af too so I'm pretty sure I'm out this month and af will arrive on Tuesday.

How're you? What tests are you using? I've only got cheap internet strips at the moment and don't want to waste money on frer as I'm sure they'll come back negative.

@HalfPenny28 All those symptoms sound positive though, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!

I tested using Internet cheapies yesterday, negative BFN x2 (I did two as I was convinced I hadn't done the first right) 😂

AF due Tuesday for me too. Still have sore boobs and cramping but seem to be coming down with something as I have a bit of a cold and am getting a bit chesty.

Im glad we're both due AF at the same time, it's quietly comforting knowing you have someone else in the same boat at the same time! x
