Dizzy/Lightheaded & Going Crazy

Would really like some advice from you lovely people!

I'm 8dpo and since Monday I have been getting really bad dizzy spells and lightheadedness, sometimes a bit of nausea with it but it was so bad I got sent home from work yesterday... by the head of my company!

Also a couple of nights ago, due to a giant issue with tubes, buses and there being no taxis on the road, I ended up walking 2.5-3miles and was so bad, I felt like I was about to faint when finally a taxi appeared! This is really unusual for me. I live in London and delayed tubes and heavy traffic are my life so I regularly end up walking a good mile or more to the next tube/a different bus route etc

I've had my fair share of ear infections and this is dizziness is not related to that- it's maybe blood pressure or blood sugar? But I got my pressure tested yesterday and it was absolutely fine.

I've also had not quite cramps, but like I feel like I have a stomach- does that make sense? Also I've never had such bad heartburn! Quite a lot of burps too and an intermittent sore back.

Got a BFN today and I'm trying not to get my hopes up... but I am going absolutely crazy because if it's not pregnancy, then I feel like there is something seriously wrong!

Is there anyone else feeling this way??

Tell me I'm not on my own!!

I had this happen to me last month but I was not pregnant. I think it may have been a combination of side effects of going off of the pill, stress and possibly coming down with something. It sucks waiting but only time will tell. I think it sounds like you might be so I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I have had a few people tell me they got pregnant when they showed no symptoms and other months they were convinced they were and ended up not being. I try to tell myself that as I go mad.

Also implantation happens between 6-12dpo so you might not have implanted yet, so test again in a week.

Thanks @Kimberleah8, I'm trying not to get my hopes up and I may well be coming down with something. I've been trying not to symptom spot but I'm in that weird thing of I want to take painkillers and drugs to stop feeling sick but if I'm pregnant, you shouldn't be taking anything stronger than paracetamol!

I've actually been off the pill a few years, so it won't be that... not going to lie work has been quite stressful lately though so it could just be plain old non-baby related exhaustion!
