Irregular period ttc

Just wanted to see if anyone had been in the same boat really.

Cycle usually anywhere from 27-35 days. Last couple of months I've had bleeding on cd22/23 only for the 2 days. Pretty much like af. When this happened last cycle af came around 10 days later.

This month I had the bleeding cd22/23, had a bit of spotting CD 30 and then again cd37.

Currently cd40. Done a couple of tests but been negative.

Should I wait a bit longer or speak to docs

I am in the same boat! My last injection was june 2018 and my perioda came back aug 2019. Currently on cd66 and fed up. No sign of AF and all neg tests. So frustrating. I have a drs appt tomorrow x
