Is it possible to have sex six days before period is due, Miss period & Have a Clear positive test the day of missed period? Or would that person would have been pregnant before that?

Unlikely. You generally don't have high enough levels of pregnancy hormones until 10 day after you ovulate so a bit later than that and even then it would be very faint.

Ovulation happens around 14 days before period, 6 days before wouldn’t be possible to conceive in my opinion. That person would have to get pregnant around 2 weeks before missed period. Hope it helps.
