took these tests all came up what looks like a positive within the waiting time, today I was 'a day late' now I've just noticed some blood :( does that mean I've had false positives?

Not always... you can still spot during pregnancy (I had bleeding a few times) nd some women still have periods (rare) obviously there are other reasons too though. See what happens over the next few days. Good luck x
