Opk help please

Hey ladies!

I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone can help me? I have been doing opks for the first time properly this month after a chemical last month, I got what I believe was a strong positive on day 11/12 they then started to go lighter again only to get another what I believe is positive last night? CD19, it is negative again this morning. I am now 7Dpo with mild cramps..... can anyone help?? I've tried to upload a photo but I can't yet as I'm new, :(

@AnxiousAnnie86 did you have any other signs of ov? OPK's only tell you that your body is preparing to ovulate, so it might be that your body geared up to ovulate but didn't, so it's gearing up again. Do you temp or anything? Hope this helps😊

@lunamoon1 thanks for your reply! I haven't done temping, I did have a fading pattern with the opk, last night it was just a one off pos opk then straight back to negative, I've been having a really heavy achey feeling for 24 hours now
