I felt sick from the very start with mine- up until 4 months my general state was bleurgh. Try eating a little and often, ginger, full fat coke etc if it gets really bad see your gp incase it's hyperemesis, you don't want to get dehydrated x

Thank you for your advice. I was hoping to have a couple of weeks to get my head around it before the sickness kicked in

Welcome to pregnancy 😂 These symptoms lasted until week 15 for me. It wasnt always terrible though, some days I was more sick than others. I do remember taking 1.5hr naps after work though, the exhaustion was real!

Oh and dont let yourself get hungry. The sickness was worse when I was hungry. If it helps keep one or two biscuits by your bed so if you wake up you can have a nibble

I do think women are wired to forget just how bad the sickness and exhaustion are. Why else would we do it all again 😂
Biscuit idea is good thank you for that. God I feel like a first timer again x
