Hi i thought I would create this thread for some advice. We will be ttc for our first baby in December and I wanted to get my body ready before I conceive. I had been on the pill for 2 years and have come off it end of May . Since then my cycle has been around 34 days. Although last month I was taking seven seas trying for a baby however I wasn’t getting my period and also had constipation so I stopped taking it.
I now take H&B folic acid 400ug and Nu U vitamin D3 25 ug from Amazon.
I have started drinking a glass of Tropicana pink grapefruit juice and also eat almond and a few Brazil nuts a day to increase CM but haven’t seen any changes
Any advise or recommendation on any other vitamin I should be taking. I’m thinking of taking omega 3 fish oil and also vitamin b6 but unsure on the strength.
