Opk's not getting darker this cycle

Not sure if I'm just being paranoid this cycle. Currently on CD14, had a 28day cycle last month so was very much expecting ovulation today/ tomorrow.
I have been using opk's since cycle day 9, I had on cd 12 and cd13 a really faint line, barely visible. But then today there was nothing at all in there, I even did a second one later this afternoon and nothing!
I have had EWCM all day today.
So im wondering do I have a dodgy batch of OPK's or have I not ovulated.
Anyones thoughts appreciated 😀

My 2nd line barely visible yesterday but then really clearly 2 lines today so I think they can change quite quickly. EWCM is a good sign as well. I think you’ll get your positive opk tomorrow or Friday if you’ve had that. Get DTD .

I stopped using OPKs, I just didnt get on with them. I dont think I ever got a positive test. Currently 21 weeks pregnant so I defo did ovulate at some point!

@Banoffeepie91 I thought I would see a darker line today after yesterday, it just surprised me to see nothing!
I could have had a really quick LH surge and just missed it.
I'm assuming I must have missed my peak!

I have a 28 day cycle and normally ovulate CD 13-15. Having a weird one this month, had a nearly positive OPK on cd9!! Then they faded to hardly anything. Then today I got a positive tonight on cd13. I test twice a day and saw a dark line around 11am so knew if I tested later it would be positive, which it was. I think if you have EWCM today you will ovulate tomorrow or Friday. Possibly Saturday.

You need to test at least twice a day with OPKs as the surge comes and goes so quickly
