My LB is 6 months, nearly 7 months. He was EBF for 3 months then he was combi-fed. We started weaning at 26 weeks, since then he's not hern having any bottles at all.
I've had one period since he was born- when he went over to being combi-fed. So BFing is doing its magical job of not giving me periods which I really appreciate ... but this also means idk when I'm ovulating.

For the last couple of weeks I've had all of the pregnancy symptoms under the sun, but the last time I tested it was negative.

How long would you recommend waiting before testing? I obviously can't use periods as a guide because I don't have them. I used to test monthly to "make sure". I'm thinking I should maybe just do that?

Breast feeding is likely to stop you from ovulating, especially if you're not having periods.

It's possible to conceive while BF so don't rely on it as contraception, but for most people you won't reliably ovulate until you stop BF
