Does anyone know much about sperm anti-bodies/PH level and/or viscosity?

Hi all,

So my OH received his SA results back and the count, mobility etc was all fine however they said he may have a bacterial infection due to three things:
Presence of sperm anti bodies
High acidity
Viscosity

We got a sperm culture test carried out and it came back fine - no signs of an infection. So has anyone had any experience of this? Can't seem to find much info on this.
