Anyone waiting until 2020?

DH and I have paused TTC for the festive period (I just didn’t want to be stressing over it when I should be being merry!) and are planning on starting in January.

However naturally ttc is all I can think about and I can’t help feeling it’s going to be the longest 8 weeks ever!

Is anyone else in the same boat and we can count down together?

Yes, me! Waiting at least until DH gets through his probation period in a new job (start of Feb). We'll hopefully be buying our first home in the new year too so makes sense to give ourselves time.

But the wait is so painful isn't it?!

Thinking of coming off the pill soon to give my body time to adjust. Not sure if really necessary but at least it's something to make me feel like we're moving along!!

Wow, sounds like it’ll hopefully be an exciting year for you two then! have you started house hunting already?

I did the coming off contraception earlier thing too, although mine was the implant but it definitely felt like a step forward - and buying folic acid too!

We started in the summer as we went to a zika destination earlier this year. My intention was to be very chilled out and casual about it but it turns out that isn’t in my nature .

The wait is torture!

@tequilasunrises not quite, we've spent this year trying to save the deposit and got married in August. Busy couple of years for sure haha, the bank accounts have taken quite a battering...

I'm not the most patient either - I was totally convinced I'd be super casual and not make it a 'thing' but I can tell I am clearly not going to be that person!!
