Hi, so I'm obviously new here so I apologise if I don't understand some of the abbreviations and have maybe put this in the wrong place.
To start with, I have very regular 7 day periods. Never late, never missed one. They are always incredibly painful (sometimes to the point of fainting) and very heavy. So I'm quite used to knowing what to expect.
I had unprotected sex on the 26th of October, ovulating on the 27th.
On the 5th (9DPO) I started experiencing some brown spotting but with no cramps, which never happens. This continued for four days. I was wondering if this could've been implantation as it was so unusual?

I've also been experiencing nausea, backache and my areolas have been getting bigger/slightly darker with some bumps.
I've taken two tests and both have been negative, despite being 14dpo. AF due tomorrow with no PMS signs. Surely it would have shown positive by now if that was the case?

As you can probably tell, I am very scared as I am not ready to be in this situation, yet all of the signs are showing me that I should be slightly worried. Is it possible that I could be pregnant despite everything being negative at this stage?

@jesstasha10 what kind of tests are you using? First response are good and reliable. I order from amazon! Time will tell.. if you have always been regular sounds like you could be pregnant! Tests may have been negative as too early. Order a first response and do it in a few days x

@jesstasha10 also book a gp appt and talk it through with them

I used a clearblue and a pharmacy own brand one. might have to try first response for peace of mind! Have booked a GP appointment for a few days time so hopefully will be able to confirm something there too. All very new and scary right now, thank you for your reply! x

@jesstasha10 sounds like you're doing the right thing, clear blue should of been responsible but maybe it's too soon to detect. Keep trying!

I didn't get a positive until a few days after my period was due, so keep testing! It does sound like you are pregnant

Thank you. Think I'm also extra cautious about not just dismissing it as a girl I used to school with was in situation where she had no idea she was pregnant until about 4 months. She had no signs and still experienced a light 'period' each month - definitely wouldn't want to be in the same position even if it is rare!

Thank you for your reply! Who knows, guess I'll just have to wait and see how things turn out. Congrats on your positive
