Coil Removal Question

Hello! I have the copper coil and I'd like to get it removed - is this something my local GP would do? I've had a look on their website but it doesn't say. Would it be quicker to go to a sexual health clinic?

I’d go to the sexual health clinic as they deal with coils day in day out.

The gp may not have done one for a while. Better to go with the more experienced people I think!?

Hiya
You ring up your gp surgery and ask them whether they do coil removal. There is usually a doctor or nurse who is specifically trained in it at a gp (maybe even more than one) especially with removal as nurses can do that too. Getting it fitted is more of a specialised thing. And great news, it doesnt hurt like the fitting either Haha! Over in a jiffy :)
