Hi, I'm 24 and had my implant removed a couple of months ago to ttc our first baby. How long did it take others to conceive after having it out? Smile

Hey, I had mine out end of March and became pregnant end of June. Best of luck!

Happened really quick for me. Had it out in November and had my BFP start of January. Good luck!

Not coming off the implant but came off the pill in December. I'm also 24, have found a lot of the people on here are older so I'm glad someone else is the same age as me.

Congratulations! And @moondust59 I agree, it's great getting advice from mums but not very often I come across someone my age in the same situation x

I got the implant November 2018 and I got it removed on the 14th October 2019 and it took a month for my period to return. I’ve been TTC ever since and I’ve got nothing. Does it normally take a while to get pregnant or does it happen quickly?

hayho87 · 12/01/2020 08:35

I had mine out 18 months ago and still waiting for a bfp, I think it just depends on the person how quick it will happen x

kqb95 · 12/01/2020 11:48

I had mine out in August and still ttc, they said you're fertile straight away but definitely varies

Yeah I guess so. I’ll just keep trying. Maybe one day it might happen without me realising x
