I'm considering tracking my temperature this month. Can anyone explain what I should be looking for etc? Also, any recommendations for a particular thermometer?

Personally I'd get a digital in ear thermometer just for ease of use really. Go to the baby section in boots and you will see a couple there. My sis in law bought one and they are pretty accurate. I had a traditional under arm or in mouth one and it was annoying to use and takes ages

You need to get one that has 2 decimal places, a normal ear/ baby one isn't accurate enough. I got mine off eBay, it wasn't expensive and I use Fertility Friend app to chart.

Thanks. Ordered one from amazon so hopefully it helps this cycle.

As long as it has two decimal places, should be fine!

Taking Charge of your Fertility explains everything, expensive but classic book.
