BBT temp during/after miscarriage

Hi all, I am currently going through my second week of bleeding after medical management for a missed miscarriage. On the random days that I have temped recently, they are all over the place - some as low as 36.00 and as high as 36.44

Has anyone else had this experience? My charts are going crazy. We want to start trying again ASAP but I'm worried it'll be hard to know when ovulation is. I know it could be due to the hormones but I just wondering if I wasn't alone in this x

PS. As a side note, has anyone drank raspberry leaf tea during miscarriage/bleeding/period and ovulation?

Morning @danielasummer, so sorry for your loss.

I had a miscarriage 16th August, I bleed solidly for two weeks. I then had spotting for another 2 weeks, at which pointed I contacted my GP and was referred to the EPU as test were still showing as positive.

I was in about out of the EPU for 2 weeks because hormones weren't dropping off as quickly as they should. I then had another heavy bleed. Which would have been 20th September which the EPU said was the last of my pregnancy leaving (a month start to finish).

I think the hormones will continue to affect your BBT - that's why it increases in pregnancy.

The best pay to track ovulation is ovulation test - that's what I did last month and got positive ovulation tests.

You can get a bundle of 50 on amazon for £5. They're pretty reliable in my experience.

Hope this helps. Xx

@GingerRH Hi there, thank you, I'm also sorry for your loss.

Thank you for your advice. I will go for ovulation tests - I've been reading some mums net posts this morning and I'm in two minds - do I go for the 50 bundle from Amazon (I used to get these) or do I buy the Clear Blue digital? I used to struggle to read the Amazon ones but I can see things getting very expensive with CB xx

@danielasummer I always got on find with the amazon cheapies. The idea of the clear blue on confused me and I thought I'd end up frustrated with it. Xx

@GingerRH I've used the cheap ones before when I was tracking as birth control so I'm familiar with them, may as well start off with those and see how I go. Thank you for your advice x
