Took 3 pills today

Would it have any side effects . Normally my doctor has prescribed me to have one but I missed the last two days so I had three this morning

I assume you are talking about contraceptive pills? If so it’s unlikely it will harm you but it won’t make up for the lack of coverage over the past two days.

If you’ve had sex I’d go to the pharmacy and get emergency contraception. In future do not make up doses just consider the dose missed and use condoms.

What kind of pills?
Your daily birth control I'm guessing as you've put this in conception.
There will be side effects, they could be:
Bleeding
Soreness
Urine discolouration
Sickness
Etc

Not necessarily Froggle. If you take a morning after pill it is 10 fold the dose of certain hormones as a standard contraceptive pill. Though if you have a history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism I would inform your doctor.

Why did you take 3 and then post asking if it would be ok? Surely reading the leaflet (you can get this online if you have lost it) would have been more sensible.
