12dpo, spotting since 7dpo, BFN - what’s happening?

Please can someone give me any insight as to what is happening with my body? (TMI spotting has been mixture of bright red down to sticky and brown).
I was optimistic and thought the spotting may be implantation bleeding but I reckon I would have had my BFP by now..
Just literally diagnosed with having polycystic ovaries (thank you to all who replied to my other thread), so maybe it’s a side effect of this? But I’ve never experienced this before.
I’m just so confused.. TTC sucks.

Hi, I had spotting at 9/10DPO , lasted 2,5 days , at times even a little more than just spotting I would say. Also all shades of red.
Now 5 days late for my af, 18/19 DPO - still no BFP... have no idea what is going on. Patience is all I am needing right now and oh boy... I have none left.
