Am I having an early miscarriage?

Hi, I'm new to the site and looking for some advice. I took two pregnancy tests on Wednesday. A one step initially which had a faint positive line and then I took a clear blue digital test which said I was pregnant. I worked out from my last period which was 26th September that I would be 4 wks +. Since Monday I have had mild cramping but nothing severe just what I would class as niggles. Today I decided to do another digital test first thing as there was two clear blue tests in a pack and it said not pregnant. The last few hours I've had some light spotting and still having mild cramping. Is this likely to be an early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy? I've never been pregnant before and been ttc for 14 months. I didn't expect to get pregnant as we seen a consultant privately in August who diagnosed my partner with low sperm count so we were planning IVF with ICSI sometime in the new year. Thanks in advance

Big hugs OP, it's possible, I can relate, especially the lengthy TTC etc. Although it doesn't help right now I ended up getting pg and it stuck just before I got my IVF referral so it can happen... Flowers

Hugs hun. It sounds like a CP. The good news is that you can and did get pregnant and so probably will again. Let us know how you get on. X

Thanks both for the replies. I've had heavy bleeding now this morning so I'm guessing it is a chemical pregnancy. I do feel crap that it's happened, naturally I let myself get excited after positive tests. Hopefully we will have better luck in the future.
