Could i be pregnant (newbie)

Hi I’m very new to the site. So long story short the guy I’m seeing and I had sex on day 15 of my cycle I ovulated roughly around day 22 (or so I thought) so figured I’m nowhere near pregnant. However, for the last week ish I’ve had a lot of symptoms, skin gone terrible, lower back ache, mild cramping, nausea on and off. Last night when I wiped I saw a very pale pink blood which has continued to be on and off, this is 6 days early from my usual period. I’m like clockwork on a 29 day cycle. Never in 20 years have I been this early!! Usually by now I’d be flooding a super tampon I’m that heavy but this isn’t changing and at times is getting lighter. When I update my cycle app to show it as a period it then shows my previous fertile window A LOT earlier than I thought meaning ovulating on day 18 (3 days after sex) and I’ve calculated my implantation date as yesterday, the exact day I started to bleed. Based on this, should I suspect I am indeed in early pregnancy or am I just being paranoid? Thanks :)

Could well be. Take a test and MAP if you agree with hat sort of thing?

@welshcake.... too far gone for MAP. Struggled a fair bit with food today, and yesterday I was beyond bloated, so much that I thought I would explode. Never get nauseous on period. Can’t think why I’d be so early on my period but I also have no idea what implantation bleeding is like so I’m stuck! I will be doing a test when I can if it doesn’t get any heavier, just wanted a few opinions. The 2 friends I’ve spoken to suspect I may be pregnant

Sperm can live for about 5 days can't it? Not a good time to have sex unprotected, unless you have a very in-depth knowledge of your cycle - apps just give estimates unless you have also used ovulation sticks or taken daily temperatures.
It does sound a bit like implantation bleeding, sorry. I don't think other symptoms mean anything at this early stage. Sorry if it isn't the result that you want

@pandain...yes I’ve realised the error of my ways now 🙈 albeit maybe a bit late, naive and stupid to think I’d be fine, only because I’d forgotten all about it having to be hospitalised a couple days after the ‘event’. It’s not a case of it’s not the result I want, it’s not an ideal situation as I work weird hours but other than that when I think about it, the thought actually makes me quite happy if I am pregnant. I just want to blumming know! But it’s too early for an accurate early response test

Oh right well that's a bit easier if you feel positive - and even if it turns out this isn't the time it gives you an idea of what you'd want to happen in the future.
Until I started ttc I had the vaguest idea of my cycle and it has been quite an education to have to chart and watch for fertile mucus and all the rest! I am not criticising you. Do update when you do your test

Yeah it’s certainly not planned but i won’t be considering not keeping if I am. I didn’t even know about implant bleeding until I googled why my period might be so early all of a sudden! I’m scared I’ll admit that but I’ll manage if it is the case! Yes I will, unless there’s a huge change I’m gonna try a first response test tomorrow and go from there :)

Why were you hospitalised?

Suspected stomach ulcer but no one could give me a definitive answer, has settled down a week ago. All tests came back fine like liver, pancreas etc, did a pregnancy test but was too early to detect

Just a bit of an update on the bleeding, it’s still happening but only when I wipe and is accompanied by mucus

Update: did a test and negative, and about 2 hours later my period well and truly took hold. Ripping me apart to be honest, more than usual at least, and I’m still no wiser as to why it’s come so early but at least I have an answer now. Thanks for your help
