Periods after depot injection

15 months after having my last depot I finially had a period...my cycle after that was 41 days and now I am on the next cycle but day 46 and no signs of AF or pregnancy. Is it normal for them to be so irregular?

I came off the Depo Sept 2018 and I'm yet to have a proper period! Occasionally have a bit of very light "bleeding" that lasts for a day or two but my periods haven't returned properly!
Can't believe how much the depo interferes with our bodies even once you've stopped taking it x

It is awful isn't it! I had my injection june 2018 and ovulated in august and had my 1st period but they are all over the place, it is so frustrating! Going to try and get my weight down a bit as apparently this also helps x
