I'm obsessing

I'm in the TWW and just obsessing. It's our 13th month trying and il be honest I'm feeling a little hard done by as it's taking so long and so many people get their BFP so quickly. I've spent most the evening so far stalking on fb and calculating how many months it must have taken a couple to conceive after they got married. The aim was to make myself feel better but really I'm just finding out that almost everyone has got pregnant within the first year. I'm having such a psycho moment. (I know I can't assume people weren't trying before they were married - but this is me and my current state of mind!)

Argh, when will it happen for us???? Sorry for the rant and sorry if I sound bitter. Just having one of those days!!

@BewilderedBee I’m so sorry your feeling this way. I had my BFP this week, don’t loose hope. We did manage to conceive quickly BUT I do feel it was down to a lot of luck most of my friends have taken a year plus to conceive. 😔 my heart goes out to you. Lots of people say you conceive when you least expect it which was also true for us.
We only had sex one time (my husband was abroad) it was three days before I ovulated, I had no CM until the day after, it did put a pillow under my bum to lift my hips up, afterwards and stayed that way for 20 mins. Just sharing this in hope it may help in some way. The week after I conceived was incredibly stressful. My point behind all this is that it happens when you least expect it, baby dust to you! ❇️

That's amazing thank you for sharing @Cymrubaby ! I just wish it could have happened for us by now. I caved and tested this morning, as always a BFN! I must have some hope to keep testing early. Are you in wales? I'm in mid wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 all the best with your pregnancy x

@BewilderedBee firstly sending you a huge hug. It’s okay to say how you feel and I feel your frustrations.
My partner and I are also 13months TTC and every month my hope is dashed. I have so many friends having babies and all I see in the street are pregnant women. We’ve just had some tests and there is a problem with my partners sperm morphology so it will take us longer (I can’t wait too much longer I’ll go mad)!
Don’t lose hope, I’m sending you baby dust for month 14. Wishing you all the best xx

I promise it will happen when you least expect it, if you can try and forget about it for a month or rwo, take the pressure off! Plus there’s always more babies conceived at Christmas! Yes I’m South Wales! Xx
