Long luteal phase

Anyone else? My last 2 cycles have been 32 and 34 days, according to opks I ovulated at days 11 and 12 respectively.

I'm now 12dpo, app says another 11 days to my period

Is anyone else in same boat?

Hey @claireb707 I'm in a similar boat! My cycles have been anywhere between 28 and 47 days...not ideal! Last month it was 35. I'm using OPKs but I didn't start testing until day 14 this month and it looks like it's actually getting lighter so I may already have ovulated which would mean a pretty long luteal phase - it's kind of hard to track! Next month I might just do them every day. Do you always ovulate at the same time?

This is only my 3rd month of tracking ovulation and it's been days 11, 12 and 13 so it's gradually increasing but still makes a long '2' ww

Sorry 11, 12 and 12 (not 13)

The only way to be sure which CD you've ovulated on is by tracking your temperature each morning.

You should get a clear rise in temperature the day after your egg is released.

Good luck!

Ice been tracking bbt and opks, I know which day I ovulated.

Just wondered if anyone else ovulated early and then had long luteal phase.

Hi Claire, my luteal phase also seems to be about three weeks. Have you found any more info about this? Any luck TTC?

My Luteal phase is 18 days. Everything I’ve read said that’s not possible but I track ovulation so I know it’s right.

Mine appears to have now settled down and I'm pretty much on 14 days now. Think it must still have been the effects of the pill
