I tested this morning using frer. Stared at it for 5 minutes and saw a faded red line (12dpo). Went back to bed and when I woke up again the line disappeared. Has this happened to anyone?

Do you have a pic of it? I got my first faint positive last weekend and it did fade slightly after the 3 mins. They do say to discard a test after the timeframe but evaps don't usually have any colour. When mine dried out it was much more blue than when I had actually just pee'd on it x

Unfortunately I didn't take a photo as it was 4am cuz I've been waking around then every day the past week needing to pee but it was definitely there and then definitely not there when I checked again at 730am. The day before I had a faint line which stayed. Unfortunately as a new user I can't seem to upload pics. I have wine tours booked in Florence tomorrow and day after and AF is due in 2 days also. I'm stuck on whether I cancel the tours or taking second disappearing act as a negative 🤔

I got pregnant last year after IVF and my positive FRER is still very much positive in my bedside drawer (we waited that long to see a positive test I can't bring myself to throw it out). I'd go on your wine tour as even if you are pregnant any embryo would still be living off it's own yolk as the placenta doesn't develop for a bit.

Congratulations 🎊

AmIThough · 01/11/2019 09:48

This is why they give you a timeframe to look at the test in after peeing on it!

Congratulations Grin
