Help!!

Hey!! I’m 7 days late on my period today, when I was 5 days late I took a test and there was an extremely faint line but took another today and it was still faint but a little darker than the other one. I’ve been feeling a little sick but nothing major, boobs are swollen and a bit tender, been constipated and stomach cramping! What do you guys think? X
