Hi There 🙂

Looking for some positive vibes please! I miscarried in August and my first cycle after this was long at 34 days, don't think I ovulated. OPK clear blue advanced gave me a solid smiley or 'peak' at days 17 18.

When I managed to get pregnant it was peak at day 11. So I'm worried I'm now ovulating at the wrong time and won't work.😔

Any stories of sporadic ovulation post miscarriage with some success? Appreciate your thoughts xx

Hi @Rachae, I can't answer your question but wanted to jump in as I'm in a similar boat, this is my second cycle TTC after a miscarriage in June (I had a very long recover so only started again last month) I'm currently 8dpo and testing like a crazy person but if this is not my month I will start doing opk's as I'm not sure if/when I'm ovulating too xx

@Rachae I believe this is very common so please don't feel disheartened - whilst you do hear stories of people who conceive straight off, there are plenty of others who take a while before things settle back to 'normal'. After my first miscarriage it took 50 days before I got a period, then I conceived on the second cycle. This led to my second miscarriage, and my first period after that took 37 days.

I suggest both you and @BabyB19 come join us on the 'TTC after pregnancy loss' board, there are a big group of us all in the same boat and it's a really friendly and supportive community xx

@Rachae sorry to hear of your mc . As @Avocuddles please try not to worry too much as it's very normal (though incredibly frustrating) for your body to take a while to get back in the swing of things. My mc was 6 months ago now and my body has only just settled down.

Hi @Chanel05 thanks so much for your response and I'm really sorry to hear about yours too. Grateful for your insights.
