Hi ladies,

I hope you could assist me, I am looking to add Coq10 and DHEA supplements as read these could assist with conception in terms of egg quality.

Do any of you have any recommendations of brands / dosage you are using?

Your recommendations would be so appreciated!

Thank you!

I would only take DHEA If your doctor has suggested it - it has actually been shown in people who take it without medical need that there egg quality decreases

Coq10 on the other hand is ok - I take 200mg daily - available in Boots or Holland and Barratt

CoQ10 that is water and fat-soluble will absorb better. And, for DHEA, double check with your doctor that this is necessary as it can affect hormone levels.
