My line is not as dark as the test line could I be pregnant

I am bursting Im sure I read on here that a line is a line, please tell me that is true. I've been trying for 9 months for my first and this could be it.

My line is very clear but not as dark as the test line.

Please please let me be pregnant

PS Neither of my tests were as dark as the test line, but very clearly a line

Oh yes indeedy! It's quite likely to be darker if you test again in a few days, but don't worry if it is not!

Speaking as someone who did lots and lots of tests with both pregnancies,the line will darken the more pregnant you are.

Oh yes. You wouldn't normally get a line as dark as the test line for a good while (by which point most women have finally accepted that they are pregnant and stopped peeing on sticks). Congratulations! Now come and join us on the April 2008 antenatal thread...
